What is included in your rate

Every Austin Nites Party Bus quote includes:

• Professional CDL-licensed driver

• All fuel and mileage within the 25-mile downtown Austin pickup radius

• Onboard sound system with Bluetooth and AUX

• LED interior lighting and climate control

• Built-in coolers stocked with ice, bottled water, and disposable cups

• BYOB allowance for guests 21 and over (Texas law)

• Commercial liability insurance, USDOT registration, and Texas Department of Motor Vehicles Motor Carrier authority

Not included: driver gratuity (18% to 20% of subtotal, paid at trip end), tolls, event parking at COTA / Moody Center / DKR / Q2, and overtime beyond your booked block.

3. Reserve with a $100–$250 deposit. Balance due 7 days before the trip. Cancellation more than 14 days out is fully refundable minus the booking fee.

4. Show up at pickup. Driver is ready, lights are on, ice is in the coolers, music goes when you do.

Inventory at the 30- and 40-passenger sizes sells out earliest. Book ahead for:

• SXSW (March 12–18, 2026): Book 90–120 days out. Multi-day client shuttles discount the daily rate.

• ACL Festival (October 2–4 and 9–11, 2026): Book 90 days out. Both weekends carry full peak premium.

• F1 US Grand Prix (October 23–25, 2026): Book 120 days out. Race-day blocks fill by July.

• NYE on Rainey / 6th Street: Book 60 days out. Heaviest single-night premium of the year.

• UT Longhorns home Saturdays: Ohio State (September 12), Florida (October 17), Ole Miss (October 24) are the heaviest premium dates.

• Wedding and prom season (April–May): Book 8–12 weeks out.
