Important Pricing Details
Please note that rates may increase during the months of April and May. For precise costs, select your desired trip date, and the displayed prices will reflect the most accurate rates.

Quoted prices are applicable for pickups within a 25-mile radius from downtown Austin. Any pickup beyond this zone will incur an additional fee of $10 for every extra mile (for instance, a 28-mile pickup would come with an additional $30 charge).

The given rates are not applicable for Prom and Homecoming events.
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, please be informed that the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable. Reserving a bus at a specific time means that time slot is dedicated to you, making it unavailable for other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we cannot rebook that slot. Should you cancel fewer than seven days prior to your scheduled trip, the outstanding balance remains payable.
Weather Policy
We don't offer cancellations or refunds due to rain or unfavorable weather conditions. If you've reserved a bus for lake activities or tubing and the weather is uncooperative, you have the flexibility to utilize the bus for the booked duration or opt for a six-hour drop-off and pick-up rate. This can be applied to activities such as pub crawls, wine/brewery tours, or any other desired destinations.
