Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, please be informed that the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable. Reserving a bus at a specific time means that time slot is dedicated to you, making it unavailable for other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we cannot rebook that slot. Should you cancel fewer than seven days prior to your scheduled trip, the outstanding balance remains payable. Weather Policy We don't offer cancellations or refunds due to rain or unfavorable weather conditions. If you've reserved a bus for lake activities or tubing and the weather is uncooperative, you have the flexibility to utilize the bus for the booked duration or opt for a six-hour drop-off and pick-up rate. This can be applied to activities such as pub crawls, wine/brewery tours, or any other desired destinations.
