What Actually Changes Your Quote
Hours, more than anything. Everything is billed hourly, so the length of your night is the bill. Groups routinely book four hours and need five. Add the hour up front — extending mid-night costs more and isn't always possible if the driver has a run behind you.
Bus size versus headcount. If you're between two sizes, size up. The hourly difference is small. The difference between a comfortable bus and four people standing is the entire night. Headcounts grow between booking and Saturday; they almost never shrink.
The date. Austin has about fifteen nights a year where every bus in the city is spoken for. Book those two to three months out. A normal weekend is fine at two to three weeks.
Pickup time, which is free to get right. A 7pm start on Rainey puts you there before the lines. A 9pm start spends your first paid hour waiting to get in. Same money, different night.
What a Night Actually Costs
Hourly rates are abstract. Here's the total, with the per-person math done.
Bachelorette — 18 people, 5 hours
Rainey Street early, 6th Street late, photo stop in between.
Gratuity 20% = $175
$1,050 total • $58 per person
Birthday crawl — 22 people, 4 hours
Four downtown stops, bus waits at each one.
Gratuity 20% = $140
$840 total • $38 per person
Hill Country wine day — 12 people, 7 hours
Driftwood and Dripping Springs, three wineries plus lunch.
Gratuity 20% = $231
$1,386 total • $116 per person
Why Groups Come Back
We've been running buses in this city since 2013. That's long enough to know where you can actually stage on Rainey, how long a Fredericksburg day really takes, and which Saturday nights downtown turn into a parking lot.
Every booking is a custom itinerary. You give us the stops, we build the route and handle the timing. No packages, no per-stop fees, no upsell on the phone.
Before You Book Anywhere
Ask every company the same three questions: what's the minimum, is gratuity included or added on top, and are there fuel or cleaning fees. Two companies quoting the same hourly rate can land $200 apart on the final invoice.
If you're comparing us against the best party bus in Austin options out there, we'd rather you ask those questions than not. It's how we win most of the bookings we get.
What's On Board
Standard on every bus in the fleet, included in the hourly rate.
Coolers & ice
BYOB welcome for groups where everyone is 21+. We bring the ice and cups.
Premium sound
Bluetooth from your phone. Your playlist, your volume.
LED lighting
Color-changing interior lighting on every vehicle.
Licensed chauffeur
Commercially licensed, insured, and they know the city.
Climate control
It matters more than you think in August.
Custom routing
Your stops, your order. Changes mid-night are fine inside your hours.
Common Questions
Is gratuity really required?
It's 20% and it goes to your driver, not the company. It's standard across the industry — if a quote doesn't mention it, ask, because it's usually added later.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes, as long as everyone on board is 21 or older. Coolers, ice, and cups are included. Some buses are no-glass — we'll tell you which one you have.
What holds my date?
A deposit. Call with your date, headcount, and rough itinerary — we'll tell you what's open before you commit to anything.
Can we add stops during the night?
Yes, at no extra charge, as long as you're inside your booked hours. Adding hours depends on whether the driver has a run after yours.
Do you go outside Austin?
Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, San Marcos, New Braunfels and most of the Hill Country. Same hourly rate, longer day.
